Unable to Follow or Tune - unescaped characters

Hi there, is there an issue with special characters in the code/database not being escaped properly?
e.g.
https://allmychanges.com/p/4138/
https://allmychanges.com/p/4142/

Related (probably: I can open a another issue if it is preferred): iOS apps with special characters in their name, like “Sorted³︎” cannot be added. The “Save” button is non-functional until you remove the special character.
