Email form & moderate button seem broken on the website

I tried to send you this email through the form on https://allmychanges.com/help/faq,
but it generated an HTTP 500 error :

It appears that some operations do not work on allmychanges.com website :(

As user Lucas-C, on the https://allmychanges.com/p/java/hesperides/ page I added,
I can click on "Moderate" which prints a success message,
but I am not a moderator when reloading the page.

Similarly, I do not think the parser settings I edited on https://allmychanges.com/p/java/hesperides/edit/ have been saved.
Despite the new values I entered being displayed on this page (search file target: CHANGELOG.md file),
the extracted changelog has not been updated.

I suspect a bug somewhere, or maybe even something like a full filesystem.

I do not wish to put any pressure on you to resolve this, just to notify you about the issue.

For the "Moderate" & "Follow" buttons, it was just a timing issue seemingly,
they are now set when I visit https://allmychanges.com/p/java/hesperides/
