Casters using RTKLib are still using NTRIP V1.0 so a checkbox allow to support them

Tested with Centipede caster that use RTKLib, connexion string :
http://caster.centipede.fr:2101/TCY22
I am not sure about the process to add a checkbox, I have use Visual Code designer to create the new box. We can probably use a failover mecanism to support both protocol without checkbox, but my skill on C# are low and the casters I have tested aren't refusing v2.0 string as they return http code 200 which is annoying ...
