Mirrors AiPipeline.execute() gate vars via a white-box CacheSkipTestHandler; Playwright asserts each toggle flips the expected gate.

Sample uses the built-in atmosphere-console UI from spring-boot-starter, not its own frontend/ directory. samples.json hasFrontend must reflect runtime truth (Correctness Invariant #5) — the CLI test walks samples with hasFrontend=true and expects the directory.
