JsonObject.ConvertToJsonAPI was added in preview.4. The reference assembly forMicrosoft.PowerShell.Commands.Utility.dllwas also added in the SDK nuget package for preview.4, so we can useJsonObject.ConvertFromJsonandJsonObject.ConvertToJsondirectly.
