Remove the pin of previous generator #51436
Description
Right now, we have issue for batch generation with MRWContext, so we pin the previous generator for
- resourcemanager
- mysql
- postgresql
We need to release the fix of System.ClientModel to allow partial MRWContext with buildable attributes.
And then update generator to generate partial MRWContexs with buildable attribtues in generator, and then remove the pin of generator from above RPs.
