migrate to material_ui #50

Description

@cedvdb

as per flutter 3.47, the standalone material_ui package was previously built directly into the core Flutter framework as package:flutter/material.dart. It has been decoupled from the flutter/flutter repository into its new home here in flutter/packages.

    @cedvdb Thanks for flagging this. We're going to hold off for now, but we will keep the issue open to track it.

    As of Flutter 3.47, package:flutter/material.dart still ships in the SDK and isn't deprecated, so nothing is broken for octo_image users today. Switching now would cost more than it gains:

    • material_ui requires Flutter >= 3.47, while octo_image currently supports >= 3.10.
    • It brings in cupertino_ui, intl, flutter_localizations and material_color_utilities, and we try to keep the package free of dependencies beyond the Flutter SDK.
    • The material_ui widgets are separate classes from the SDK ones. Most apps are still on flutter/material, and in those apps our default CircularProgressIndicator would likely stop picking up the app's Theme.

    Very little of our code touches Material (CircularProgressIndicator and two Icons), so the switch will be small when it's time. We'll migrate once flutter/material.dart is deprecated or most of the ecosystem has moved over, and ship it as a major version because it raises the minimum Flutter version.
