How to remake ALL scrollbars in a big project globally?

Hello. I have a **big project** and a lot of legacy.
I have a task to remake the scroll.

Pointwise, I can add a custom scroll to 1 or 2 or 3 areas, but how to add a custom scroll to ALL areas / lists and so on?
Is there any automatic way or global setting?
