progress-hud is a Native Module for react-native that uses SVProgressHUD on iOS and KProgressHUD on Android.
$ npm install progress-hud --save
$ yarn add progress-hud
RN < 60 Only
$ react-native link progress-hud

In XCode, in the project navigator, right click
Libraries➜Add Files to [your project's name] -
Go to
node_modules➜progress-hudand addRNProgressHud.xcodeproj -
In XCode, in the project navigator, select your project. Add
libRNProgressHud.ato your project'sBuild Phases➜Link Binary With Libraries -
Run your project (
Cmd+R)<
- Open up
android/app/src/main/java/[...]/MainActivity.java

Add
import com.progresshud.RNProgressHudPackage;to the imports at the top of the file -
Add
new RNProgressHudPackage()to the list returned by thegetPackages()method
- Append the following lines to
android/settings.gradle:
include ':progress-hud'
project(':progress-hud').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, '../node_modules/progress-hud/android')
- Insert the following lines inside the dependencies block in
android/app/build.gradle:
implementation project(':progress-hud')
Important: This package depends on SVProgressHUD library. Please make sure you also install SVProgressHUD
