Add page title and favicon

As a visitor, I want the site to have a custom favicon and accurate page title so that it looks professional and is easy to identify in browser tabs and bookmarks.

🧠 Context

Right now, the site is using the default Next.js favicon and likely has a generic title like "Next App" or "Project Repository". We should update both to reflect the branding of the CCSS Project Repository.

🛠️ Implementation Plan

1. Update the favicon

   • Replace the default favicon at public/favicon.ico with the CCSS logo or another relevant icon. Get a working favicon here: https://github.com/CarletonComputerScienceSociety/website/blob/master/static/favicon.ico

2. Update the page title

   • Set the title to something like "CCSS Project Repository"

3. Verify changes

   • Open the site in a browser and confirm:

     • The new favicon appears
     • The title displays correctly in the tab
