Make file links functional #232

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add handling for file:/// links to be opened using the shell/explorer.
Currently file:/// links are opened with the embedded browser which reults in the traget file beeing treated as an download.
I would like to open the file with the application linked to the file extension.
Please also consider that the explorer should open up and display the directory if the file:/// link targets just an directory.
