Introduces DataReceivedBatches to TcpClientRx and UdpClientRx for efficient chunked data streaming. Refactors SerialPortRx for improved thread safety and performance, updates target frameworks to net8.0/net9.0, and enhances README with expanded usage and API documentation. Also updates version to 3.1.1.
