- Updated to use Pipenv
- Changed preferred calling convention when using python (main.py)
- Updated README and CONTRIBUTING with best practices
- Updated Github Actions to use all of this

Oh, I guess if master doesn't have the updated actions the tests won't run... Guess I'll just merge to test for now... |
