Adding/Publishing

• Publish a dataset, tell people what are the hashes for that dataset
  • Metadata: Versioning, Dates Created, Who Created, Category, Dataset Name, Source (who created the data), original location -- maybe use a variant of npm properties.json or datapackage.json
• Track/Publish an "official" registry

Consuming/Participating

• Find the hashes for the datasets I care about

• Find out who published a dataset or registry of datasets+hashes

• Detect most endangered blocks/hashes based on a list of "root" hashes

• Choose some blocks/hashes to pull onto my machine

  • Based on # of GB
  • Based on root hashes for the datasets

• Coordinate Pinsets -- ipfs-cluster Nice to have -- still useful to gather use cases & write stories
