add AI features

1. Allow an AI to "discover" a template's queries based on a prompt and the HTML of the target website (this HTML is accessed by requesting the website). This is dependant upon templates #14.

2. Error resolution. This is dependant upon add retry option #13, but an error resolution option would make templates/scraping jobs more robust to changes in a website's DOM.
