Docker crashes due to old Alpine and Go version

As noted by @reecepbcups the problem is old version being used.

Found this issue: CosmWasm/wasmvm#523

So should use Alpine 3.18 like here: https://github.com/CosmWasm/wasmd/blob/v0.53.0/Dockerfile

This has been fixed in #1089 and is now available at ghcr.io/cosmoscontracts/juno:v28.0.1
