[Bug]: knowledgebase upload failed

Bug Description

I tried to upload a pdf split into 4 parts into the knowledgebase. the first 2 parts were successfully uploaded (i can see them in the list) but the other two keep saying failed at 19% complete

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to ai section
2. go to knowledgebase
3. upload pdf
4. progress stays at 19% and status is failed

Expected Behavior

file to be part of the list at the bottom

Actual Behavior

stuck at 19% and status failed
