We should have a public webpage that explains what TETREs is, who's involved, and why it's relevant. Initially this could just be a webpage under https://dareuk.org.uk/
Longer term we could setup our own site (e.g. on GitHub pages), and use it to public artifacts, documents, and our current architecture.
