This will complement the documentation for how to join TETREs

• Remove netbird client(s) and network policies/groups from mgmt interface
• Remove nodes from federated apps e.g., flwr

I now have a working CI/CD pipeline for managing the NetBird instance. In theory, removing a client could be as simple as pushing an update which revokes the corresponding setup key.
