少数派（SSPai）图片 403 问题的根本原因是：RSSHub 的 /sspai/index 和 /sspai/matrix 路由直接把 SSPAI 的 CDN 图片原始链接嵌入到 RSS feed 里，没有做任何代理或特殊 header 处理。RSS 阅读器或第三方服务请求这些图片时，往往没有带上 SSPAI 服务器期望的 Referer，导致触发防盗链机制，返回 403 Forbidden 代码实现参考。

目前 RSSHub 没有内置绕过防盗链的方案。常见的可行思路有：

1. 图片代理：通过自建图片代理服务（如 nginx 反向代理、Cloudflare Workers、picgo 等），让图片请求先经过你的服务器，再转发到 SSPAI CDN，并在代理时补上合适的 Referer header。然后把 RSS 里的图片链接替换为代理地址。
2. RSSHub 路由内实现图片代理：修改 RSSHub 路由代码，将图片链接改为 RSSHub 内置的 /proxy 路由（如果有），或自定义实现图片转发并补 header。
3. 第三方图床中转：将图片上传到第三方图床，再替换 RSS 里的图片链接（自动化难度较高）。
4. 联系 SSPAI 官方：询问是否有允许第三方聚合的图片访问方案。

参考其他路由（如豆瓣、nHentai、Kyodo News）遇到类似 403 问题时的处理经验，最有效的方式通常是图片代理或 header 补全 相关讨论。

目前没有现成的 PR 或官方修复，建议关注社区动态或自行实现代理方案。

我也遇到了这个问题，提供一个我自己测试可行的解决方案：像官方文档里面说的部署一个媒体文件的反代，比如 rsstt-img-relay（这个项目专门针对少数派的图片请求加了 sspai.com 的 referer，用 Cloudflare Worker 的免费额度部署个人用也肯定是够了），再通过 hotlink_template 的参数或者是环境变量把图片指向这个反代的地址，我自己测试下来少数派的图片就没问题了。
