Support numpy 2.0 #354
Description
At the moment, the pixi.toml is set to numpy < 2.0 in this commit 5a5633b
Back then, this was probably required as the package ecosystem was still adjusting to numpy 2.0.
I think there shouldn't be any issues with this anymore, except maybe from the imod coupler itsself.
