Feature Request: Repair Log

I have been looking at this for Machinery and Vehicle Repair management.

This app is nearly perfect for my use except for 1 small thing.

There is no way (other than ad hoc via notes) to record a Repair outside of the maintenance.

If we could get a way to enter a sort of Maintenance event but without scheduling just to record what was done, why etc.
