Add slide deck as supporting teacher's material

This was discussed last week during the ESMValTool workshop.

It would be nice to have some slides that go with the tutorial. They could be used by the instructor when the tutorial is taught in a classroom settings. Especially for the parts that are not so suitable for 'coding along', such as the introduction episode.
