container prometheus can not start

Hello community, did you sorted this issue open /etc/prometheus/prometheus.yml: permission? I am facing the same thing.

I tried chown 1000:1000 prometheus.yml but didnt' work out, any suggestions? :)

I had caddy restarting, after checking the logs, I found that the caddy configuration was written for v1, right after updating it, everything worked.
