Hide non-GA metrics on pay.filecoin.cloud

Context

Per the GA scope defined in XFN-221:

Frontend for GA:

• Only these 3 metrics need to be shown.
• All other existing metrics can be hidden.
• Design polish is not GA-blocking.

Requirements

The frontend should only display these 3 metrics for GA:

1. Total USDFC & FIL locked in payment rails - Total amount currently locked across all payment rails (FIL and USDFC separately)
2. Total USDFC & FIL transacted (cumulative) - Cumulative sum since inception, including settlements + one-time payments
3. Total FIL burned from Filecoin Pay (cumulative) - Burn from settlement + burnForFIL from Auction

Acceptance Criteria

• Only the 3 GA metrics are visible on pay.filecoin.cloud
• All other existing metrics are hidden (not deleted, just hidden)
• No chart visualizations required (static numbers are sufficient)

Notes

• Design polish is NOT GA-blocking
• Console and other pages should be left as-is per XFN-221
