This commit adds support for optional relationships in the serialization module. The changes include modifications to the domain facade, JSON serialization controller, and general serialization controller.

- updated db classes to support sqlalchemy v2 - added default admin, authenticated and unauthenticated groups - created default admin and anonymous users - added tests - updated persistence controller to be multiprocessing sage
- api service continues handling request after connection is established - users controller now uses sessions as connections instead of users - session_contact now uses singular instead of plural for rels
- Added IAM authentication endpoint to the IAM blueprint allowing users to manually authenticate - Added blueprints folder to the api package so that core blueprints are automatically registered
