Reticulum network

Rationale

Reticulum is the cryptography-based networking stack for building local and wide-area networks with readily available hardware. Reticulum can continue to operate even in adverse conditions with very high latency and extremely low bandwidth. 1 Given it's versatility, it would be an excellent addition to the DigitalPy ecosystem enabling compatibility with a broad array of alternative networking capabilities.

Implementation Plan

DigitalPy Core

• Implement ReticulumNetwork responsible for initializing ReticulumManager and exposing the network interface to service.

Reference Implementation

• Create baseline DP app.
• Implement minimal reticulum service.
• Implement chat component to receive and forward messages.
