Support SSH instead of http only

I was wondering if we could look into addressing finos#27 ?
It would be ideal if we could use ssh keys instead of PATs, ssh keys can be added via the API where as PATs have to be done by the user on the GUI. So if we could support SSH instead it would greatly simplify the set-up process for our internal users.

@dcoric thanks for the feature but your PR seems to be open for a while! Are you actively working on the code changes or do you mind if I were to chip in?

@Xerenz You're more than welcome to chip in! I really appreciate your interest in the project. I’ve introduced a lot of new changes with that feature, so having additional eyes on the implementation would be incredibly helpful.

We are waiting for a significant merge that introduces GitLab support features, resulting in numerous changes to actions. Once that is in, I plan to complete the feature. There are 2 more things that were added to the SSH feature:
#53 (I expect more changes on this one once gitlab feature is merged)
finos#1033 (this adds UI changes to support adding and maintaining SSH keys)
