Make default "VERSION" of History 1

@mathomp4 was helping a user an it turned out the problem was he was missing the VERSION: 1 at the top of his History RC or rather just had ERSION: 1

@mathomp4 and I agree at this point no should be using the old keywords so we should make VERSION: 1 the default, it has been years since we updated history to these new keywords for regridding etc.
