Have not verified that this workaraound is successful for Intel or GFortran. Only NAG so far.

This is really a workaround for NAG 7.239, but in that it is really undoing an existing workaround for some compiler. (Don't know which.) Also upgraded a gFTL container to V2, though probably was not relevant to the PR. |
