Post-processing intra-doc links in descriptions

Hey, wondering if there are any examples of using these generated schemas for documentation sites? I ran into an issue where the description field of the JSON schemas includes the Rust intra-doc links which add a lot of noise. It would be great if they can be resolved into hyperlinks to the docs.rs or something of the like. I don't expect this to be integrated within the library, but I am curious if someone has solved this issue already?
