Dynamic library selection should be added to the 3.2 product #1009
Description
The 3.2 product line requires that Jadeite code be changed to support a new server version without gci api changes. Instead, change Jadeite to read the client library dll's that are in the bin directory and build the login server pull down list from that.
This work was already done in the 3.0.91* product line.
