Adding a Claude Code Skill

Feature Description

Add a .claude/skills/ directory with SKILL.md files to support local auth proxy setup through Claude Code.

The setup has a few sharp edges, like IAM role requirements, private vs. public IP, stale ADC credentials, that a skill could help users navigate without hitting cryptic errors first.

This sounds reasonable to me. Having a GEMINI.md file as well would be a nice addition. Would you like to send a PR to us for review?

I wonder is there a generic file path we could add such that Gemini and Claude could both consume the same file?

Yep, I believe that most agentic tools can ingest shared skills through the agentskills protocol, as well as through a shared AGENTS.md file!

From what I can tell, skills seem a little tougher to maintain, so currently working through trying to create a shared AGENTS file, similar to what repos like Apache Airflow have. Will try to send over a PR ASAP!
