TLDR

There is a lot of back and forth during issue reporting as the issues are sometimes complex and require context, we would udilize github issue templates in order to make the UX easier and clear to report a bug and for maintainers easier to triage reproduce and code a fix.

Hi, I'm interested in contributing to this enhancement. I'd like to work on adding the issue templates for bug reports and feature requests. Could I take this up?
