[Bug]: multi-user - log file blocks

Environment (please complete the following):

• OS: Ubuntu 24
• kubectl-ai version: newest
• LLM provider: openai

Describe the bug
unable to use on edge node with multiple users:
log: exiting because of error: log: unable to create log: open /tmp/kubectl-ai.log: permission denied

To Reproduce
use multiple users

Expected behavior
it works

Additional context
it fails because log is created for ONE user

Right now in main.go we make this with klogFlags.Set("log_file", filepath.Join(os.TempDir(), "kubectl-ai.log")). Maybe we change it to os.UserHomeDir() instead of temp dir?

Another idea is to write the log to /tmp/kubectl-ai/kubectl-ai-$UID.log.
