Part of #1171

  • Build a Layer node (parameters: name, blend mode, opacity, visibility, locked, collapsed), (input: GraphicElement)
  • Refactor the structure of artwork data types in the graph to encapsulate all types in a GraphicElement given to a layer
  • Make the document output receive a single GraphicElement, and refactor all node graph usage of those types
