Use unencrypted config files in external clients

Encrypting config files is just stupid, and it makes switching between internal and external clients painful.

I agree. I was running into this lately too, and I can't really think of a good reason to keep it.

Just remember to accept either encrypted or unencrypted files, so people who still have encrypted ones laying around don't run into problems. Otherwise, I'm fully in support of not encrypting them.
