how to apply chrome-devtools-mcp?

Here is the config provided by “https://github.com/ChromeDevTools/chrome-devtools-mcp?tab=readme-ov-file”

but when i boot the agent, nothing happens and no loggers out. I also tried the local way with url, still not works.

can any one help!!!??? T_T
