- Refactors web_search into a pluggable backend with support for both Brave and Serper.
- Introduces WebSearchConfig (provider, api_key, max_results) to centralize web search configuration.
- Updates AgentLoop and SubagentManager to receive the full WebSearchConfig instead of separate brave_api_key-style parameters.
- Updates README to document Brave Search / Serper as optional web search providers.
