Changes Proposed

Update packets table up to 2019-01-30.
Update shuffle packets and keys up to 2019-01-30.
Update messages up to 2019-01-30.
Add barter shops support for main and re clients from 2019-01-30.
Update packet ZC_USESKILL_ACK.
Add packet CZ_CLIENT_VERSION.

Add packet CZ_CLIENT_VERSION

For now unused, but can be used.
This packet works in some old clients near 2015 versions.
