The existing `livecheck` block for `mendeley-reference-manager` is returning 2.129.0 as the newest version instead of 2.130.2, as the `latest-mac.yml` file seemingly hasn't been updated for the two newest versions. The homepage links to 2.130.2 as the newest version, so this updates the `livecheck` block to check that instead.
