[rc]: Installation couldn't complete

Description

fresh installation on rc branch didn't complete. i believe it happened because of recent changes in ~/.config/hypr/ directory

Steps to Reproduce

1. switch to rc branch
2. run install script

Expected Behavior

a complete installation

Actual Behavior

it stopped because it couldn't find ~/.config/hypr/hyprland.conf file
