minor modifications to main starship config

Description

This PR fixes:

• single "Github Icon" displaying before $git_status when status is null! while keeping Icon when there is something to show!
  (check screenshot below)
• added icons for scala and zig languages with simple formats to starship.tom
• remmoved unnecessary comments
