Add a feature to add comments on tickets

The tickets should have a functionality for users to comment on ticket for nay references or resources to document the progress properly.

This will also help the admins to check on the progress later.

This can be done with updating the schema with addition of comment field and an input field to add comment on the editTicket component.

@AyushDharDubey , sir i think issue#72, i.e. , creating login functionality for Ticketify using google oauth should be implemented first, so that one gets to know who has commented.

i agree with @disvid's suggestion
in addition to this, @MadhavDhall you might need to rethink on your db schema, probably a separate new model for comments would be better and cleaner and would allow multiple comments as well as nested comments
