Calling plotly on versions < v5.9.0 was raising a FutureWarning about pandas
DataFrame.appendmethod being deprecated (see for instance https://inria.github.io/scikit-learn-mooc/python_scripts/parameter_tuning_parallel_plot.html).This PR updates plotly to the latest version to avoid such issue.
