stc8prog fails with error f849 (STC8H1k17T)

i use a windwos compiled version from here  (btw win32 binaries should be available too :))

it opens COM asks for mcu cycle, but faisl with "uknown code f847"

my mcu is  MCU type: STC8H1K17T
  S/W protocol, V3.0: 7.4.5U

i guess something change internal to bootloader, since i had problem with official programmer too, until an update relesed from factory!
