Text selection support when viewing PDFs

​Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes. Currently, the PDF viewer only allows for viewing documents as static images. I'm frustrated because I cannot select, highlight, or copy text from the PDF files. This makes it difficult to take notes, search for specific terms externally, or share snippets of the document with others.

​Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see native text selection support. Specifically:
​The ability to long-press or click-and-drag to select text strings.
​Visual feedback (highlighter overlays) when text is selected.
​A contextual menu that appears upon selection with options like "Copy", "Select All", and ideally "Share".
