Solidify patterns in Maturity Level 2: Structured

Our README.md lists the patterns under Maturity Level 2: Structured in two sub-groups:

• Reviewed Patterns (proven and reviewed)
• Pattern Drafts (proven, not yet fully reviewed)

We inherited these sub-groups from the review process that we had before we introduced the 3 new maturity levels. Therefore I think it is time that we clean up these sub-groups.

What to do?

I think we would have to do the following for each pattern in the group Pattern Drafts (proven, not yet fully reviewed) - find these patterns listed below:

• review the pattern against the level 2 requirements
• as a side effect of this work we might create a Basic Style Guide as well, that can then be used for further reviews of patterns in this level

And then what?

Once this is done, we can delete the two sub-groups from README.md.

Also note that all of these patterns that are already in a .md file (i.e. not open PRs or gDocs) are already published in our book, irrespective of which sub-group they are in.

@fwan2000 I was wondering if you would be interested in helping with this, and if you have further ideas about how we could go about this cleanup and validation process?

At the end of this process, all patterns in level 2 should be in the patterns/2-structured folder.

I noticed that this isn't true yet for these patterns:

• patterns in open PRs:
  • Assisted Compliance
  • Include Product Owners
  • Open Source Trumps InnerSource
  • we would have to work with the authors of the PRs to see how to resolve this.
• patterns in Google Docs:
  • What Before How or Services Documentation
  • I have sent a request to get access to this doc.

UPDATE:
I worked this info into the list of patterns in the description of this issue.

Quite a bit of cleanup went into this issue (see linked PRs) but it is finally done.
Aaahhh, this felt good. :)
