What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?
I created a model element in 1.21.6 format, and its rescale option is true and visible.
Then I changed it into 1.21.11 format.After saving it, I checked its element property.
What happens instead?
Even the rescale option is true, the check box is still invisible.
And if I copy a model which in lower format and enable rescale to a higher format file, it may miss its rescale property in the new file.
