macro with F17 button press

I use F17 as a mute switch for Discord, I have F17 assigned to a button on my mouse. It works perfectly. I assigned a macro F17-down, F17-up, to one of the buttons on my DS4, and it does nothing. I double-checked with this tool.

I inserted a wait of 1 ms between button-down and button-up, it works now, but I don't know why. I don't know if I should close this report.
